January- February 2019, "Fighting the Flame"
Fighting the Flame depicts the fire of unemployment which is burning our country. Water helps create jobs such as the fireman, marine biologist, and scuba diver in my piece. If the people in my artwork cannot put out the flames, the fire would destroy everything by leaving them without jobs. Other methods such as chemicals could be used, but water is the best and most environmentally safe. This proves that every life, including plants and animals, depend on water.

March 2019, "Dancing with a Thread"
My piece is called Dancing with a Thread because ballet is very delicate. This correlates with my art because the paper could be ripped from the thread easily. The creative expression of my piece also describes the contrasting roughness and gracefulness between the types of dancing. The types of media I used was charcoal, watercolor, thread, beads, acrylic paint, and gold tin foil.
